How will my order be packaged?
We take pride in how your items are packaged. All of our products come packaged in a branded box or gift bag, making them ideal for passing straight on as a gift.

Want to send a gift directly to someone?
We would love to help you send a gift directly to that special person. At the checkout please enter in the notes section if you would like us to address it to someone else and if you would like us to include a small note. We also offer greeting cards in our gifting collection if you would like us to include a hand written card. 

Why do you take pre-orders on some items?
Because we don't want you to miss out on items that sell out quickly or that we have limited stock of. Currently, due to Covid-19, shipping times are more unpredictable than usual so this allows us to order accordingly and prepare.

When will I get my order if it contains pre-order items?
If your order contains any pre-order items, please note that these will not be dispatched until the pre-order items are available. Pre-order dispatch dates are noted on the product page.

Exchanges and Refunds.
Please choose carefully as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Sizing information and care instructions are in the below menu to assist you.
